How do i create a Webserver to client CHAT Socket Programm??

1. We have to do a simple gui, that connects to a webserver.
2. Then allows three clients to connect tot the server and
start a chat room.

Note: I have no socket programming experience, and i have
8 days to make this work, im scared and i have no idea
how to start. Id like to use java~
